 If
you have never felt alpaca fleece before, you will be totally amazed
at how extraordinarily soft it is. Alpaca is comparable to angora
and cashmere in its soft feel, and it can be worn comfortably next
to the skin. Alpaca is also very warm, strong and has no lanolin,
and so normally will not cause wool allergies. It is a 100% natural
fiber that comes in more natural colors than any other fiber producing
animal.
We offer yarn in both natural and dyed colors. All of our yarn
is from our animals: grown, raised and shorn here on the farm in
a process that does not hurt the alpacas.
Alpaca yarn makes lovely hats, scarves, gloves, socks, afghans.
It is wonderful for both knitted and crocheted projects.
